The attachment is an excerpt from "The Best Democracy Money Can Buy" by Greg Palast. The excerpt is based on an interview with Joseph Stiglitz who used to be the Chief Economist of the World Bank and received the Nobel Prise in Economics last Sept. Stiglitz talks about the IMF and World Bank and how they operate. It says things that won't surprise many of us but it is coming from a person who was in the highest ranks and I found it very interesting, though depressing.
