Studio365 Live for Mac OS X beta

I just requested to be a beta tester for Studio365 Live for Mac OS X. After a technical support ping pong game trying to get Panic's Audion to stream, I gave up in frustration, at which point Mike from Live365 suggested I sign up as a beta tester. I'm disappointed that the folks at Panic haven't returned my email requesting help. I'm even a registered owner of an older version of Audion. What's up with Panic? However, the folks at Live365 seem pretty responsive so I still have faith that I'll be able to stream music live from my home to your machine via Live365.
