Philosomatika - 100% Psychedelic Trance

2003.04.01 . .

Philosomatika is my favorite radio station. I just donated a few bones to help keep the station running. Tune in and turn it up for thumping trance 24 hours a day.

If the beats produced by this station don't make your neighbors move out, nothing will.

Dutch at Elastiq this Wednesday

2003.04.01 . .

A 12-year veteran of the SF scene, Dutch made his name in the early rave days. Beginning with a party known as "A Rave called Sharon", Dutch's name spread quickly throughout the Bay Area. Known for seamless mixing and remarkable sets, Dutch has made a huge impact at the SF Thump parties as resident DJ.

SF art event: Robots Have Feelings, Too

2003.04.01 . .

Chris Bishop writes: "A fantastic robot-themed art show at the Culture Cache Gallery in San Francisco featuring some well known artists and me! The opening is April 5th at 7pm and it runs until May 18th. Now that I think about it, this is not a particularly interesting link. I'm just trying to promote the show so I can meet girls."

Seamless City: 30-mile-long continuous portrait of San Francisco

2003.04.01 . .

Seamless City is a really interesting project to stitch together successive panoramic photos of San Francisco streets, making streetlong photo-records of entire neighborhoods.
