How to listen to iceplant radio on a PC

I can't remember if I posted this tidbit by Vann or not. Here it is again since I have such a good playlist right now....
Windows media player 8.1 doesn't support PLS playlist files used by live365, and that's the default program for windows 2000. so to listen to iceplant radio, do this:
- install winamp (from http://www.winamp.com).
- open up a folder of files on your computer. any folder.
- go to the "Tools" Menu, select "Folder Options", and click the "File Types" tab.
- scroll down to and select "PLS".
- (in Windows 2000): click the Change button, and select "winamp" from the list of programs.
- click okay.
then iceplant radio will play the next time you try.

Court OKs Anti-Porn Filers in Libraries
"A divided Supreme Court ruled Monday that Congress can force the nation's public libraries to equip computers with anti-pornography filters.
The blocking technology, intended to keep smut from children, does not violate the First Amendment even though it shuts off some legitimate, informational Web sites, the court held. [The Shifted Librarian].
