New site to feature original music and artists of electronic music
Electronic musicians be sure to add your work to this site. I think it's a great idea and hopefully I'll be able to add some of the music to my radio station, iceplant radio.
Hi all,
I'm working with a site which will feature original music and artists from all genres of electronic music. A major feature of the site will be an MP3 trading forum for producers and djs in the electronic scene. This forum is intended to be used for the promotion and exchange of original tracks from unsigned artists, as well as dj mixes. Similar to MP3.com, the artists will be able to upload/download, post profiles, advertise their services, and promote their own events--all through a self-managed interface. This will be a perfect venue for artists to get their music heard and played by other musicians around the world. We are currently seeking electronic artists from any electronic genre: trance, DnB, techno, house, etc. to contribute to the site. Our only requirement is that the tracks have not been licensed or released by any company and you must have the sole rights to them. Our site will not be buying, selling, commercially distributing, or releasing any of the tracks. The site is intended to be an electronic music community--by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. We are a fresh start-up, unaffiliated with any existing organization, and we intend to remain that way.
If you are interested in contributing, please let me know. The site should launch in the next few months. We hope to give all you talented producers and djs the exposure you deserve.
Thanks,
Richard Gregory
