Protect Oceans, Cousteau Says at Carter Center

Jean-Michel Cousteau told Atlanta business leaders Thursday that the seas and coral reefs are worse off than when his late father, Jacques Cousteau, was exploring them, in part of because of the population explosion.
"We still use the ocean as a universal garbage can and sewer," Cousteau said during the Earth Day event at the Carter Center, sponsored by Coca-Cola and law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge.
