Daily fidgeting helps keep you thin
"Fidgeting can keep you lean. In a study in which subjects wore specially designed underwear that tracked their every move, thin people moved around an average of about two hours more per day than fat people, getting up more often to do things, standing more, and burning some 350 extra calories a day, which translates into 10 to 30 pounds a year." (Via Subdued Citizen.)
That's me! I'm a fidgeteer. I never stop bouncing and I'm pretty lean. I guess that explains it.
