Eugene wi-fi
First time using my T-Mobile wi-fi. I'm in Eugene, sipping my Calm tea, sitting in a big ol' green comfy chair, listening to Bob Dylan and checking email.
Nick sent me a quicktime of Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland. Looks pretty darn nice. I'm going to try to visit that spot but I think tonight I'm heading for the coast so I can sleep near the ocean. The 5 drives me nuts. I much prefer the coast.
Oregon, ho!
I'm in Medford right now, drinking a delicious cup of joe and making good use of my internet connection at Jude's house. I've pulled down today's news and podcasts and will be leaving to travel across Oregon today. Where shall I go? I'm interested in the coast, as well as Eugene and Portland, of course.
What a beautiful state! I'll try to snap some pix and upload them at the next coffee shop.
I hope you all are having as good a time as I am.
Oh yeah, Jude let me borrow some books on tape. She had a bag full of them. I chose Harvest, by Tess Gerritsen read by Jayne Brook, Sahara, by Clive Cussler read by Tom Wopat, and The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje, read by Michael York.
Movable Type, MarsEdit and SSH
Thanks to Chad for his post on using SSH Tunnel Manager with MarsEdit. His example is for Movable Type but I'm going to adapt it for Radio UserLand and make a weekly tip out of it.
